Milena Brentan

Coach and Facilitator

Milena Brentan works directly with C-level leaders and executive teams, facilitating strategic conversations, leadership development, and cultural transformation with a human-centered and results-driven approach. She also serves as an assistant professor at Link School of Business, a next-generation business school that prepares future leaders with a strong focus on self-awareness, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Her work is grounded in psychology and shaped by two decades navigating complex business environments. Before founding her own practice, she held senior HR and leadership roles at GPA (one of Latin America’s largest retailers), Ultragaz (oil & gas), and Airbnb, and served as Operating Partner at Vox Capital, gaining firsthand experience with executive decision-making and organizational growth.

Milena is a psychologist (PUC-Rio), holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing, and is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and Gallup (Strengths Coach). She is also the founder of Pod Liderar and has contributed to a few Brazilian business publications including Exame magazine and Tech Inside. Milena lives in São Paulo and speaks fluent Portuguese and English.
