Our coach then crafts a personalized action plan and tracks progress through 90 minute coaching sessions every other week.
Looking for a coaching solution for a group of new managers? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1:1 coaching to a large group of people. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Managers in your group can then sign up for a session whenever needed.
