The Manager Essentials Toolkit teaches your rising leaders the core skills they need including building trust with their teams, providing feedback that improves performance, and remaining confident during times of change.

Each workshop builds upon the previous one, and creates a solid foundation that your new managers can use immediately. Participants also receive ongoing access to our Learning Library for on-demand video training beyond the workshops themselves.

1-1 Leadership Coaching

With Elevate’s coaching program, each manager is paired with a dedicated coach who will work closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from members of a manager’s team. Our coach then crafts a personalized action plan and tracks progress through 90 minute coaching sessions every other week.

Coaching Office Hours

Looking for a coaching solution for a group of new managers? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1:1 coaching to a large group of people. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Managers in your group can then sign up for a session whenever needed.

On-Demand Video Learning Library

We created our Learning Libarary, Elevate Academy, to enable ongoing digital learning for new and seasoned managers alike. Our library provides on-demand access to leadership development courses via beautifully produced short-form videos.
