Before becoming a coach, Alex spent a decade co-founding and leading a multi-million dollar manufacturing and hospitality business, where he built teams, created departments, and navigated every complexity that comes with growing a real organization. That firsthand experience of leadership is what makes him deeply credible to the leaders he now serves.
As a leadership and executive coach, Alex has supported professionals with one-on-one coaching across a wide range of roles and sectors, including executives, directors, project managers, academics, school administrators, scientists, teachers, lawyers and entrepreneurs. As a facilitator, Alex has extensive experience supporting leaders in developing their leadership skills in a group setting, with a particular focus on two topics: self-awareness and communication.
Alex holds an M.A. in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation. He is also a trained meditation facilitator through MindKind Institute, is certified to debrief the Global Leadership Profile assessment through Global Leadership Associates, and serves as President of the ICF San Francisco Bay Area Charter Chapter.

Alex has a remarkable way of asking the right questions, challenging assumptions in a supportive manner, and helping clarify priorities during complex situations. His insight and steady presence strengthened both my leadership approach and my ability to navigate uncertainty with resilience. I am grateful for his partnership and would strongly recommend him to any executive seeking thoughtful, strategic, and empowering coaching support.
