Alex's purpose is to support leaders in their growth and development through coaching. Much like how goldfish can grow indefinitely when given the right conditions of support, Alex believes leaders can also learn and grow indefinitely when given the right conditions of support. As a seasoned leader and entrepreneur, Alex draws upon a decade of experience co-founding, growing, and leading a multi-million dollar
business to deeply understand the complexity of leadership.
As a leadership and executive coach, Alex has supported professionals with one-on-one coaching across a wide range of roles and sectors, including executives, directors, project managers, academics, school administrators, scientists, teachers, lawyers and entrepreneurs. As a facilitator, Alex has extensive experience supporting leaders in developing their leadership skills in a group setting, with a particular focus on two topics: self-awareness and communication.
Alex holds an M.A. in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation. He is also a trained meditation facilitator through MindKind Institute, is certified to debrief the Global Leadership Profile assessment through Global Leadership Associates and serves as President of the ICF San Francisco Bay Area Charter Chapter.
