1-on-1 Leadership Coaching

At Elevate, each leader is paired with a dedicated coach who works closely with them to identify their challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from members of the leader’s team. Our coach then crafts a personalized action plan and helps track progress through 1-on-1 coaching sessions, arranged to fit with busy schedules.

Leadership Workshops

Our workshops provide female managers with practical, science-based approaches designed to enhance leadership skills. These workshops focus on real-world challenges and offer strategies that leaders can implement immediately in their organizations. Executive Coaching Office Hours

Looking for a more scalable coaching solution for your team? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Leaders in your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need it.

Ongoing Digital Learning

Research shows that 70% of a workshop is forgotten within a day, so we created Elevate Academy to enable ongoing learning. Elevate Academy is a way to provide on-demand access to leadership development courses via beautifully produced short-form videos. Examples of courses include “How to Lead with Authenticity”, “How to Conquer Imposter Syndrome”, and “How to Coach as a Manager”.
