The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from members of the manager’s team. Our coach then crafts a personalized action plan and helps track progress through 1-on-1 coaching sessions, arranged to fit with busy schedules.
Looking for a more scalable coaching solution? Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 change coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Members of your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.
