Andrew “Mo” Molina

Coach and Facilitator

Mo helps leaders free themselves from fear. In a leadership context, fear shows up in myriad ways: challenges making decisions, interpersonal conflict, self-doubt, burnout, and more. While most focus on the "outer game" - the tactical frameworks and habits - Mo coaches the "inner game": how you relate to a situation. Because no single framework or habit can be effective when implemented from a fearful inner game.

Mo primarily works with startup founders and executives as a 1:1 and co-founder coach, though he has experience working with a range of leaders - from non-profit directors to college students. He is a facilitator for the Stanford GSB course "Interpersonal Dynamics" (affectionately known as "Touchy Feely"), and was a lecturer at Stanford's d.school (Hasso Plattner Institute of Design), where he crafted experiential learning opportunities for students and professionals to discover their creative problem-solving abilities.

He holds two engineering degrees from Stanford - a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science - and is also a trained theatre actor. Mo currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and cat, Biscuit. Outside of coaching, he loves baked goods (especially donuts), beach volleyball on Saturdays, and the Denver Nuggets.

Mo is really great at identifying what's breaking down in communication between parties and guiding us to find solutions that progress relationships! I always learn something new about myself when I share thoughts and he reflects them back to me.
