Kathleen is a compassionate strategic consultant and leadership coach with over 30 years in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. She coaches with a strengths-based focus, bringing deep understanding of the complex, fast-paced environments leaders face today. Her coaching impact is enhanced by her business and technical acumen and her graduate studies in adult and organizational learning and design principles.
Over the last 25 years, Kathleen has built, coached, and developed highly skilled teams across clinical development, with a focus on developing talent, building leaders, and delivering programs while cultivating trust and psychological safety. She has held leadership roles at Astellas, Takeda, AbbVie, and Seagen, serving as Leader as Coach and member of Leadership Teams in Development Organizations. Kathleen leads and coaches with a systems approach to problems and strategy, understanding the key intersectionality of process, technology, and people.
Her coaching clients include biotechnology and technology leaders transitioning into higher-level positions and new roles at the Manager, Director, Sr. Director, and CEO levels, as well as leaders in technology, operations, and finance at the Senior Director, VP, and CEO levels. Kathleen also provides pro bono coaching for Social Impact Leaders who lead non-profit, mission-oriented work globally.
