Program Overview

Elevate's Leadership Development Program® is a tailored four-workshop progression built around the specific demands of mid-level to senior leadership. The program is perfect for those making the push towards senior leadership, and is more advanced than Elevate’s Manager Essentials Toolkit geared toward first-time managers.

Workshop content is supplemented by resources from Elevate's short-form video Learning Library to drive retention beyond workshops.

The design of these workshops is a mix of informative and interactive, leaving plenty of opportunity for peer learning, breakout sessions, and discussions. The program can also be complemented with group coaching sessions to bring managers together more frequently and embed the learnings with more day to day context.
