With Elevate’s coaching program, each manager is paired with a dedicated coach who will work closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth 360 assessment, including gathering feedback from members of the manager’s team. Our coach then helps craft a personalized action plan to build active listening skills and tracks progress through 1-on-1 coaching sessions, arranged to fit with busy schedules.

We created Elevate Academy to enable ongoing digital learning for new and seasoned managers alike. Elevate Academy is a way to provide on-demand access to leadership development courses via beautifully produced short-form videos. 

Our active listening training videos teach managers the 3 levels of listening and how to practice active listening in their day to day. Managers can learn in under 10 minutes how to listen and respond empathetically in emotional situations. ‘How to Help Others Feel Heard’ is another video that arms managers with essential tips and techniques to elevate their listening skills.
