Looking to boost leadership skills with a dedicated coach? Our process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from each leader’s team members and colleagues. Your coach will then help craft a personalized action plan and track progress through 1-on-1 virtual sessions arranged to fit around busy schedules.
How it works:
A 30 minute online meeting to discuss goals for coaching and working together.
The client selects 3 stakeholders to interview (30 minutes each) to get a 360-degree view of how they show up and are perceived by others.
Based on 360 feedback and the client’s personal goals, we co-create an action plan outlining goals and what success looks like.
The agenda is set by the client, though coaches can provide more structure if needed. Leaders are encouraged to bring a current challenge they're facing to each session.
If something urgent comes up outside of typical sessions, coaches are always available as needed.

Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 virtual coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Individuals in your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.
