In this workshop we dive into four management techniques that are fundamental to every manager's success and that form the foundation for subsequent skill building. We cover topics including building trust and psychological safety, listening so others feel heard, running great 1-on-1s, and delegating effectively. These essential skills will help you feel prepared, confident and connected to your team.

How to Give Feedback and Praise

Learn the science behind praise, and what an effective tool it can be to improve motivation and
performance. Participants will leave with 4-point structures that will change the way they provide praise and constructive feedback, as well as the confidence they need to deliver both.

Time and Energy Management

In this workshop, we cover how to manage energy, both physical and emotional, to identify when participants work best. We look at how members are allocating time and what they need to do to make it more efficient.

1-1 Virtual Coaching

Looking to boost leadership skills with a dedicated coach? Our process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from each leader’s team members and colleagues. Your coach will then help craft a personalized action plan and track progress through 1-on-1 virtual sessions arranged to fit around busy schedules.

How it works:

Intro Call

A 30 minute online meeting to discuss goals for coaching and working together.

Light 360 Feedback Report

The client selects 3 stakeholders to interview (30 minutes each) to get a 360-degree view of how they show up and are perceived by others.

Action Plan

Based on 360 feedback and the client’s personal goals, we co-create an action plan outlining goals and what success looks like.

90-Min Virtual Sessions Every Other Week

The agenda is set by the client, though coaches can provide more structure if needed. Leaders are encouraged to bring a current challenge they're facing to each session.

Follow Up Coaching

If something urgent comes up outside of typical sessions, coaches are always available as needed.

Coaching Office Hours

Office hours are a cost-effective option to provide 1-on-1 virtual coaching to a large group of leaders. A coach is available for a set time each week or month for coaching sessions. Individuals in your group can then sign up for a session whenever they need one.
