Train the Trainer
Prep fast, handle logistics, and facilitate with confidence, including how to get a derailed session back on track
Virtual or in-person

About this workshop
In this workshop we give future facilitators, whether they're on the People Team or a leader in the organization, the tips and tricks to feel confident facilitating their own live training. They learn how best to prepare in the shortest time possible, how to think about day-of logistics, and best practices for leveling up their facilitation. We also teach other essential skills like how to ask great quality questions and how to get back on track should something or someone derail the conversation.
