About this workshop
Delegation sounds simple, but it’s one of the most nuanced skills a manager can master. In this workshop, participants use the Player vs. Coach Continuum and Elevate’s Delegation Matrix to hand off work with clear expectations and a coach-first mindset. They also learn Elevate’s Flexible Management Model to first diagnose a given team member’s skill and will with respect to a specific situation, then give them the right level of support to perform at their best.
