Adopting an Ownership Mindset
Four behaviors for owning outcomes, not just tasks: see the full scope, clarify who owns what, and get ahead of issues
Virtual or in-person

About this workshop
Move beyond the task list and develop ownership for outcomes by building four key behaviors: see the full space each person owns (not just assigned items), create clarity around who owns what, stay ahead of issues before they become fires, and take responsibility whether or not they were technically the one originally responsible. Through pair discussions, real-world reflection, and the Eisenhower Matrix, participants leave with 1–2 concrete shifts that will help them adopt an ownership mindset.
