Elevate Leadership helps frontline managers grow into the leaders their teams need.

Frontline managers sit at the most critical point in any organization. They are the direct link between company strategy and day-to-day execution, and the relationship a person has with their manager shapes almost everything, from their engagement and performance to whether they stay or go.
The challenge is that most frontline managers are promoted because they were great individual contributors, not because they had the skills to lead people. Building trust, navigating conflict, delivering feedback, holding people accountable — these are skills that need to be taught, practiced, and reinforced. Without that investment, even talented managers struggle, and their teams feel it. That's where Elevate comes in.
Elevate doesn’t believe in generic training that managers forget the moment they return to their desks. Our programs are grounded in neuroscience and behavioral psychology, designed around the real challenges frontline managers face, and contextualized to fit each organization we work with. No two programs look exactly the same, because no two organizations have exactly the same needs.
What stays consistent is our philosophy. We focus on developing what we call Leadership Intelligence. This is the ability to lead with curiosity rather than having all the answers, to build genuine human connection, and to create the conditions where people do their best work. These are skills that make frontline managers not just competent, but exceptional.

We offer several ways to develop your frontline managers. Many organizations we work with combine formats to build a program that fits their timeline, budget, and goals.

Our signature Elevate Management Essentials Toolkit is a carefully sequenced four-workshop journey that builds the core skills every manager needs. Ensuring your organization’s context is embedded along the way, each workshop also builds on the last, creating a foundation leaders can apply immediately with their teams.
Managers learn how to increase self-awareness, build one-on-one trust with individuals, and create psychological safety across their team.
Delivering feedback well is one of the highest-leverage things a manager can do. This workshop teaches the neuroscience behind feedback and gives managers practical structures for delivering recognition and constructive feedback that actually changes behavior.
Frontline managers are often asked to maintain team stability while the path forward isn't clear. This workshop covers setting clear expectations, navigating constant change, and building personal resilience so managers can show up as a steady presence even when things feel chaotic.
From running great 1:1s to creating accountability without micromanaging, this workshop covers the day-to-day practices that separate good managers from great ones.
For organizations with more specific needs, our workshops can be combined to address the exact challenges your managers face. Each 90-minute session is practical, science-based, and immediately applicable.
Popular workshops for frontline managers include:

How to Have Tough Conversations

How to Manage Through Change

How to Coach
as a Manager

How to Think Strategically and Drive Accountability

How to Flex Your Management Style and Delegate Effectively

Time and Energy Management

How to Address Conflict

How to Set and Align Team Goals
We can help you select the right combination, or build a fully custom program from the ground up.

Elevate’s approach is to meet companies where they are. For teams that need something more comprehensive, we design custom programs that combine workshops, coaching, and on-demand learning into a truly cohesive experience.
We start with a deep dive into your organization’s challenges and goals, then build a program around those specifics. Custom programs can include any mix of our products: workshops, leadership coaching, on-demand video learning, AI roleplay software, and more. We’ll track progress and adjust as we go, so the program gets better the longer it runs.

Elevate offers several coaching formats, from dedicated 1:1 engagements to group sessions that build community alongside skills. Each of our coaches brings deep operational experience and is onboarded into your company’s culture before working with your team.
With Elevate’s leadership coaching, each leader is paired with a dedicated coach who works closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals, and then helps them with the actions and behaviors necessary to achieve them. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from direct reports, peers, and managers. The coachee then develops their own action plan, while the coach guides and holds them accountable. Progress is tracked through 1-on-1 sessions arranged to fit busy schedules.
We also offer flexible options, especially helpful for companies in need of broader programs for their managers, including group coaching, office hours, cohort-based coaching, and more.
A 3-6 month coaching package designed specifically to develop leadership skills. Each manager works with a dedicated coach to co-design a program based on their goals and the areas where they feel least confident. Sessions are grounded in Elevate’s Learning Library, with homework and check-ins between sessions to keep development moving.
Designed for organizations that want to develop a group of frontline managers concurrently. Elevate curates a team of coaches who are onboarded into your culture, manages the program end-to-end, and provides aggregated reporting on themes and progress across the cohort.
This solution is a cost-effective way to make coaching accessible to a larger group of managers. A coach is available for a set number of hours each week or month, and managers sign up for sessions as needed. This works especially well alongside workshops, giving managers space to work through real challenges while the content is still fresh.
Group coaching brings managers together to share learnings, ask questions, and hold each other accountable. Sessions run one hour and work well as a series following a workshop or combined with learning library content. Social learning is one of the most effective ways to embed new skills, and for frontline managers who often feel isolated in their roles, the community aspect alone can be transformative.
Our learning library gives frontline managers on-demand access to a library of short-form video sessions covering the skills they need most. It extends the learning beyond any single workshop, so development doesn’t stop when a program ends. Topics include how to give feedback, how to coach as a manager, how to build trust, how to manage through change, and many more.

Knowing what to do and being able to do it under pressure are two different things. Elevate’s AI roleplay capability lets managers practice high-stakes conversations in a realistic, low-stakes environment. They can describe an exact situation, interact with an AI avatar that mirrors the person or scenario they'll face, and receive objective feedback based on Elevate’s proven leadership frameworks.
