With Elevate’s leadership coaching, each leader is paired with a dedicated coach who works closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from direct reports, peers, and managers. The coachee then develops their own action plan, while the coach guides and holds them accountable. Progress is tracked through 1-on-1 sessions arranged to fit busy schedules.
