Elevate Leadership helps everyone level up, from first-time managers to seasoned executives. We partner with energy and climate companies to develop the management capabilities their teams need to deliver on what comes next.

Energy is at the center of the next decade in a way it hasn’t been before. AI-driven load growth has arrived faster than utilities forecasted, capital is flooding into climate tech, and an aging workforce is creating succession gaps companies can't fill fast enough. The pressures these dynamics create look different from anything other industries face.
A renewables developer is racing to bring projects online while interconnection queues stretch five years or more. A climate finance platform is building products in a market that barely existed five years ago. A utility is rethinking its entire strategy now that big tech has entered the energy business, all while answering to regulators, ratepayers, and a workforce aging out faster than companies can replace it.
Leadership benches at these companies get tested at every level, every day. We help energy and climate companies build management capability that holds up under these conditions, with programs grounded in the realities your leaders actually face.
Our solutions are built for the specific challenges energy industry leaders face every day:
Our leadership workshops deliver practical, science-based frameworks that managers can apply immediately. Sessions cover the topics leaders raise most often, including giving feedback that lands, influencing without authority, leading through ambiguity, and managing high performers under pressure. Workshops can be administered in-person or virtually, and are tailored to your team’s context.
With Elevate’s leadership coaching, each leader is paired with a dedicated coach who works closely with them to identify challenges, opportunities, and goals, and then helps them with the actions and behaviors necessary to achieve them. The process starts with an in-depth assessment, including gathering feedback from direct reports, peers, and managers. The coachee then develops their own action plan, while the coach guides and holds them accountable. Progress is tracked through 1-on-1 sessions arranged to fit busy schedules.
A 3–6 month coaching package designed specifically to develop leadership skills. Each manager works with a dedicated coach to co-design a program based on their goals and the areas where they feel least confident. Sessions are grounded in Elevate’s learning library, with homework and check-ins between sessions to keep development moving.
A cost-effective way to make 1:1 coaching accessible to a larger group of managers. A coach is available for a set number of hours each week or month, and managers sign up for sessions as needed. This works especially well alongside workshops, giving managers space to work through real challenges while the content is still fresh.
Group coaching brings managers together to share learnings, ask questions, and hold each other accountable. Sessions run one hour and work well as a series following a workshop or combined with learning library content. Social learning is one of the most effective ways to embed new skills, and for managers who often feel isolated in their roles, the community aspect alone can be transformative.
When off-the-shelf isn’t the right fit, we build custom leadership programs that align directly with your company’s leadership principles and current priorities. Custom programs typically combine workshops, coaching, and on-demand content into a cohesive arc. They work well for companies running formal manager onboarding, high-potential cohorts, or advanced development for senior leadership teams.

Our Learning Library gives managers on-demand access to short-form video sessions covering the skills they need most. It extends learning beyond any single workshop, so development doesn’t stop when a program ends.

Knowing what to do and being able to do it under pressure are two different things. Elevate’s AI roleplay capability lets managers practice high-stakes conversations in a realistic, low-stakes environment. They can describe an exact situation, interact with an AI avatar that mirrors the person or scenario they’ll face, and receive objective feedback based on Elevate's proven leadership frameworks.
